How to make Tasty Oats Tikki easily at home in 2020 | Vegitable Oats Tikki Recipe | Healthy Oats Tikki Snacks
Eating Oats regularly is the best option to stay active for the whole day and to stay healthy as these grains are one of the best food in the world. Oats are good source of soluble fiber, protein, antioxidants, etc. Oats can minimizes the bad Cholesterol and reduces the blood sugar level.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Instant Oats
- 1/4 cup Gram flour(Besan)
- 1tbsp Corn flour
- 1/3 cup mashed Cottage Cheese(Paneer)
- 1 chopped Onions
- 1 chopped Tomato
- 1/2 sliced Capsicum
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Red chill powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp Amchoor powder(Dried mango powder)
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup Water
- Pinch of Salt
- 4-5 tbsp Olive oil/Mustard oil
Method:
- First of all take Instant Oats in a bowl.
- Then add Besan and Paneer to the Oats.
- Next add all the Veggies and corn flour.
- Now add all the spices to the mixture.
- Next add ginger-garlic paste and also Amchoor powder.
- Add Coriander leaves also add a pinch of salt to the bowl.
- Then that add Water to the mixture and mix all these very well.
- Next take a small of the mixture to your hand and shape it as flat round shape or shape as your choice.
- In this way give shape to all the Tikkis.
- Now add oil to a pan and heat it on a medium flame.
- Next put these Tikkis on the heated pan on low flame.
- Then allow them to cook well on one side.
- Then turn these tikkis to the opposite side once the first side looks golden brown, means cooked perfectly.
- Now let this side cook well like the first side.
- In this way allow the both side for cook completely.
